Trail Conditions: Fair

Temperatures on Saturday hit 50, created a very slushy trail throughout the area. Temperatures have been cold since and everything froze over to ice. Groomers have been out all over the area in the last 36 hours. Amazing what they can do, some trails already being reported as good. Overall I will downgrade the entire system to fair because the cross roads are bear corners are icy but there is some good riding out there. Some snow in the last 24 hours I intend to ride this afternoon and get a better idea of where we are.

Trail Conditions: Fair to Good

Temperatures have stayed down, groomers have been working overtime, trails are 100% better than they were last weekend. We are getting reports from everything Mercer North that is in excellent condition. Around town the black top is showing, trails  that use roads are very thin, but the grade and other trails are excellent. Should be another great weekend in the Northwoods. Saturday night we will be welcoming in the Kyle Mertz Band. 9 p.m.

Trail Conditions: Poor to Fair

The winter warm up seems to have passed as it is finally below freezing but the damage has been done. We lost a lot of snow but it is hard to tell the conditions of the trails until the groomers get back out. They haven’t groomed in three days due to the warm temperatures. Our prediction is that the trails will be good in the woods, corners will be icey and thin, roads/intersections/towns will be down to the asphalt.  Check back in a couple days for a more detailed report for the weekend.

Trail Conditions: Excellent

Just finished two amazing weeks of riding in the Northwoods. Traffic on the weekends has been as busy as ever and trails will deteriate throughout the day, but groomers have been working hard on the weekend to keep up with the trails and most reports we get from riders (EVEN ON THE WEEKENDS) have been GREAT. We rode Sunday for 120 miles and didn’t find a bad trail out there. We will be keeping an eye on the weather as the extended forecast has some warm temperatures ahead, but for those of you up during the week, SAFE RIDE and ENJOY!!
