Conditions Good to Very Good
Trails are in Excellent shape right now, lots of snow cover and a solid base. With this much show conditions do change quickly with a heavy traffic load. Several hundred sled ride by and the moguls start to form. We are working hard to stay on top of grooming, but a freshly groomed trail is the best you will find all year. Cold temps have continued this week and we are watching possible snow accumulations on Wednesday and Saturday this week. Now is the time to ride! This weekend we have two of my favorite musicians, Friday it is David Walters and Saturday Kyle Mertz, music starts at 9pm
Another 6″ of snow yesterday gives us 10″ in the last couple days. This is the best condition the trails have been in all year and based on the forecast this snow with our base is going to carry us into March with great riding! Now is the time to get in your big trip! This weekend we have DJ Justin Pitlik on Friday night and the Allen Brothers Band on Saturday. Come out and enjoy the party.

Testimonials
“Wedding Fun in the Northwoods”
Loved the Great Northerner. My cousin got married in the back and the staff was awesome and making the stay personal. Bar was a lot of fun and breakfast did the trick. Would recommend 2nd floor for vehicle noise.
We had to stay here due to sell outs further north but were not disappointed. The rooms were big and clean. The hotel has a beautiful sitting area with Wi fi. The hotel is right on the ATV/Snowmobile Trail.
"A Very Nice Stay"
Good price, very large, nice room. I would stay here again. The area has lots to see and do. This facility has everything needed for large or small groups. The staff was friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay and have nothing bad to say about this place. I recommend it.
